These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at navshieldglobal.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Products and Specifications

NavShield Global designs, manufactures, and sells GNSS signal protection equipment, including Controlled Reception Pattern Antennas (CRPA), GNSS anti-jamming systems, anti-spoofing detectors, and related PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) protection solutions. Product specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all product information on the Site is accurate; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

Product images displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Technical specifications are provided as reference values measured under standard laboratory conditions. Real-world performance may vary based on installation environment, interference conditions, and operational parameters.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by NavShield Global. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Non-compliance with applicable export control regulations
Product unavailability or pricing errors

We accept payments via major credit cards and approved payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and methods vary by destination and product type. Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. NavShield Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

5.1 General Returns Policy

Due to the specialized nature of GNSS protection equipment and applicable export control regulations, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products must be returned in original packaging, unused condition, and with all accessories and documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

5.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description of the defect and, if possible, supporting documentation (photographs, test data). Upon verification, we will, at our option: (a) repair the product, (b) replace the product with an equivalent unit, or (c) issue a refund to the original payment method. Our products carry a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

5.3 Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, operation outside specified parameters, external interference beyond design specifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Export Control Compliance (Critical)

This section is critically important. Please read carefully before placing any order.

NavShield Global products may be subject to export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) of the United States, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. Certain products, technologies, and technical data may require an export license prior to shipment outside specific territories.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You are not located in, nor are you a citizen or national of, any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargoes;
You will not export, re-export, transfer, or divert any product or related technical data to any prohibited end-user, prohibited country, or for any prohibited end-use without obtaining all required government authorizations;
You are not listed on any denied-party or restricted-party list maintained by the U.S. government or any other applicable governmental authority;
All information you provide regarding end-use and end-user is accurate and complete;
You will comply with all applicable import laws and regulations of the destination country.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, photographs, and their selection and arrangement, is the property of NavShield Global or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our express written permission.

NavShield, the NavShield logo, and all product names, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of NavShield Global. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NavShield Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NavShield Global, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
